Education Grant Application


The work of the SPA (UK) ITF is governed by a Board of Trustees and is administered through SPA (UK) registered charity. Applications should be made “on line” only to the SPAITF Secretary, who will be pleased to discuss individual education applications as well as any projects with potential applicants at any time – Details of the application process, timetable and information required to support applications are available for download at

Before completing the form, please read the guidance notes carefully and contact SPAITF Secretary if further information or advice is required – Please note, all communication will be via email.

A signed passport size photo of the applicant must be attached with the application.

The main priority for education grant would be to support those individuals are from lower income families.

Please make sure you have looked through the questions thoroughly and have all the answers and relevant documents ready before you start filling out the application form. This will prevent any issues with the submission process timing out. You can download a copy of the form to take away as reference and to help gather all the relevant information, but all submissions must be made online.

Masters courses are not supported at present!

SPAITF requires independent references to confirm that the application is genuine. If you have applied to other institution / organisations or charities you must provide us with information. Please note that SPAITF may request a reference at the stage when the offer of grant is made in writing.

13. Declaration by the Applicant

A parent or guardian must sign this form if the applicant is under the age of 18 years.

I the confirm that the above information is correct and true to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any grant award must only be used for the purpose specified, and

I agree to comply with any conditions that Shree Prajapati Association (UK) International Trust Fund may attach to it. I agree to repay the grant, in full, if I breach any of the grant conditions or if my circumstances have changed and the grant is no longer applicable.

If I breach any of the terms under which any grant will be made I agree that I will be obliged to pay any charges and penalties which may apply.
